delux slabs packaging
For delux marbles/onyx/quartzite slabs or high packaging requirement we cover the bundle front and back sides with PLY wood to protect the premium stone slabs, use thick wood lumber and steel corner brace for strong support and all PLY packaging material if fumigation-free required.
STANDARD SLABS PACKAGING
For most mainstream marble slabs we pack with thick wood lumber and steel corner brace for strong support, cover with plastic film from top to prevent dropping scratching and binding strip fastened to prevent slabs shifting.
CONTAINER LOADING
We load slabs into containers by professional container loading team with professional slabs forklift.

Planning
Scanning
To facilitate planning and cutting on the slabs, we also offer the optional service of scanning the slabs.
Slabs are scanned with dimensions, thus designers can design and plan cutting on the slab pictures!
Smart Cut
We provide “Smart Cut” processing service to clients. In this system we scan all slabs and plan cutting and tiles alignment in computer, we can also give different solutions to clients before cutting.
Cutting machine cut automatically according to the plan and label each piece after cutting! This system is also ideal for all the stunning bookmatch veining marbles/quartzites/onyx!
5 axis CNC cutting
We have 5 axis CNC cutting machine which can cut irregular shapes out of slabs with lower cost and higher efficency than waterjet machines.
Waterjet Cutting
Waterjet cutting is the most powerful cutting in stone industry, the “cutting needle” of which only takes around 2mm cutting thickness, unlimited on cutting irregular shapes, widely used in waterjet medallion patterns.
Splitting
For the purposes of bookmatching, luminous effect, reducing weight, double quantity, reducing damages etc we can split the slabs or tiles into two layers, making it possible for the next procedure of lamination with ceramic, stones, glass, aluminum, honeycomb aluminums, honeycomb acrylic, luminent panel, etc.
Lamination
For the purposes of bookmatching, luminous effect, reducing weight, double quantity, reducing damages etc , we can laminate the splitted slabs with ceramic, stones, glass, aluminum, honeycomb aluminums, honeycomb acrylic, luminent panel, etc.
Carving
For carving and cutting irregular shapes purposes we also have carving machines to implement the carving designs dictated from the system.

1. What are the used trade terms?
We usually offer prices on ex-factory base+FOB cost, thus clients have better idea of the cost of the goods. We also provide prices on CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP terms per clients requirement.
2. What about the payment terms?
Our regular payment terms are 30~50% advance payment and balance against BL copy. We also accept other major payment method.
3. Can I order just small quantity for my home use?
We welcome small quantity as long as we have stocks, please check with us if stocks available or not.
4. How long will be the lead time? In how much time can I expect the goods to arrive?
a). If stocks available for products you need, after receipt of advance payment we’ll arrange shipment right away.
b). If your order need production usually it takes 5~30 days for production after receipt of advance payment for most orders.
c). Start from loading date, it takes around 3~10 days clear customs and wait for vessel dispatching.
d). Marine time varies, usually 14 days to 28 days.we can track the status of the containers for you and give notice prior to shipment arrival.
